Delivery & Shipping Policy – Toxin Dodger

At Toxin Dodger, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery across South Africa.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Flat rate shipping: R100 nationwide
    OR

  • Free shipping on orders over R999

4. Courier Services

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. PAXI, Aramex, The Courier Guy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • Toxin Dodger will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Courier issues beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos and your order number.

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping
