Refund & Returns Policy – Toxin Dodger

At Toxin Dodger, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7–14 days (choose your preferred timeframe) from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A small restocking fee may apply (optional if you want to include it).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect items received

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Consumer Protection (South Africa)

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which allows customers to return defective or unsafe goods within 6 months of purchase.
